I have posted these both as the original Powerpoint presentations and, for those who may not have a program which can read Powerpoint, as PDF files. My program to write PDF sometimes puts in extra lines, or boxes around parts of text, that appear only with certain PDF reading programs... Since I can't see them I can't be sure whether they are present here or not!
