Installing FireFTP in Firefox

1. Open the Firefox browser on your computer
2. Copy and paste this link into your Firefox browser:
   https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/684/
3. Scroll down and click on Install
4. Wait 5 seconds and click on Install Now
5. In Firefox, click on Tools and select FireFTP
6. Click on Manage Accounts and select New (upper left hand corner)
7. In Account Name, type a name (any name you want)
8. In Host, type in
9. Jupiter
10. In Login, type in your login name
11. It is not recommended to type in your password in the Password box. Please leave it blank
12. Click on Connection tab
13. Select Security: Auth SSL (Better)
14. Click OK
15. Click on Connect to login to the FTP server
16. Type in your password
17. When you see Website Certified by an Unknown Authority
18. Select Accept this certificate permanently or Accept this certificate temporarily for this session
19. When Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch pops up, click OK

• You can only use Fire-FTP when you are Van Vleck.
• When you see Connection close; transfer aborted Click OK. It means that transferring file is done. Please check the file sizes to make sure they are the same size.
• You may use different FTP client to connect to FTP server but remember to enable SSL on the FTP client because the FTP server requires using SSL authentication.
