There are two versions of SecureCRT - version 4 and version 5.

Version 5 setup

Open SecureCRT and do the following: (we assume you have already set up a connection to login.math.wisc.edu or login)

right click on login and you will see the display below:

select Properties to see the screen below:

Click on SSH2 in the left hand column. In the Authentication box on the lower right hand side, uncheck the Password box. Now you should be able to login.

Version 4 setup

1. Click on Connection (see picture above)
2. Click on the drop-down box next to Primary and select Keyboard Interactive
3. Click on OK and login as usual.
