My research currently focusses on heat and diffusion equations in
differential geometry. Curve Shortening is the simplest nontrivial
example of such an equation (the video shows an example of a
solution of Curve Shortening). Other examples include Mean
Curvature Flow and Ricci Flow.

My other current research interest is in applications of mathematics to
biology.
