should be a bracket, i.e.
The set of all real numbers between a and b is denoted by [a, b].
- Page 8, last line: the symbol for the intersection of two
sets is incorrect. The notation for the intersection of two sets A and B
is A∩B .
- page 25, second line: “ We have g(x)=3x=2…”
should be “ We have g(x)=3x+2…”
- page 27, problem 12.1:
“ limx ->1 2x-4 …”
should be “ limx ->1 2x+4 …”
