EXAMS
The alternate final exam will be held on friday december 18, at 2:45pm in room 6116 of the SOCIAL SCIENCES building. This exam is to be taken by those students who would otherwise have three exams in 24 hours (on tuesday the 22nd.)
The locations of all Math Final exams are always listed next to the
elevators in Van Vleck Hall during the last week of classes.
Old info about the midterms:
There will be two midterm exams. Both will be evening exams.
Midterm 1 will be held on monday October 5, 5:30pm-7pm.
The exam will be held in room B10 of Ingraham hall.
The material to be covered will be announced in class.

Midterm 2 will be held on monday November 2, 5:30pm-7pm.
The material to be covered will be announced in class.
This second exam will also be held in room B10 of Ingraham hall.

When you’re preparing for the first midterm also have a look at
last year’s final. Problems 1, 2 and 3 there are on the material covered
by our first midterm. Of course you should make sure you know how to do
all the homework problems!

However, beware that the course content has changed in the last few years
so exams from before last year are not representative of what you can
expect this semester.
