Welcome! I am a seventh year graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the mathematics Ph.D. program; I intend to graduate in May 2017 and I am on the job market. My advisor is Dima Arinkin and my work has to do with moduli spaces of Higgs bundles, in the field of algebraic geometry. These moduli spaces are algebraic-symplectic and are of interest in the geometric Langlands program. I enjoy all things geometric in a broad sense, and I am fascinated by the way that geometric notions often seem to transcend the differences between categories.
