Who am I?
Well, this is a very interesting question. If you really want a straight answer to this question you should stop reading this - (really stop. Well you didn't really stop did you?). Just arrange a meeting! On the other hand, I am having below some not very exciting but highly informative facts.
Teaching
Currently I am a TA (my seventh (AAAARRRGGGHH) semester) for the Math Depatment of UW- Madison. This semester I am TA-ing Math 171 (First Semester Calculus with Trigonometry) for Prof.Sean Paul. Any Calculus class can be classified as my 'favorite' in terms of teaching, but I believe that my best will always be Calculus 222. Even more exciting, this semester I was assigned to teach the WES section.
Mathematical Interests
My interests lie in Probability Theory. Particularly, I am interested in applications of probability in other areas of Mathematics (or sciences in general) and vice verca, with special interest on Interacting Particle Systems. My advisor is Timo Seppalainen.
Non Mathematical Interests (i.e. Hobbies)
I have a lot of these actually, because I needed to find a way to clear my mind from mathematical thoughts (it's really bad when you are trying to sleep or when you are stuck on a problem). So I like reading (mystery and fantasy books- and yes I liked LOTR), I play TCG games, board games, drawing, play some computer games and I read (and collect) comic books (any kind of them). Finally, my favourite hobby of all is definetely hanging out with friends. For more information about the latter, go to the picture gallery!
