LAA will publish a special issue devoted to papers presented at the 13th
Conference of the International Linear Algebra Society (ILAS), Coimbra,
July 19 - 22, 2006. Papers should be submitted by October 31, 2006 to
one of the special editors whose names and addresses are listed below.
The usual standards of LAA will apply.
