From drescher@atticangel.org Sun Nov 29 17:38:30 2009 Date: Sun, 29 Nov 2009 17:37:46 -0600 From: Mary Ann Drescher To: Hans Schneider Subject: Re: come see you? Hi Hans; Of course you can come talk to me. I have time most mornings before 10:00. I understand your position, and am sympathetic to it. Changes to the methodology WILL be made for the 2010 tax year. The Board did not feel that changing for 2009 and again in 2010 when the property tax exemption issue will be known was prudent. That said, I'm happy to talk further with you. I'll essentially repeat what I wrote you in October: There are units in Phase 1 of the same kind as Miriam's and mine (A2s) built in the same year (2003) with higher residency fees due to more upgrades. But their property taxes are over $2,000 lower than ours. I hope you had a very good Thanksgiving holiday. hans 2009/11/26
