July 6, 2009 Minutes of Prairie Point Resident?s Finance Committee Meeting with Attic Angel?s Management on Prairie Point Budget. In attendance: Mary Ann Drescher, Dave Meister, Claire Merkt, Jo Ann Ashley, Bob Dott, Warren Gableman, Leo Walsh, Tom Lessie, Hans Schneider, Bill Bush, Ron McMurry, Silvia Graf, and Nancy Schrader The audited copy of the March 2009 Consolidated Statement of Operation for Attic Angel Association and Affiliates were handed out and explained by Dave Meister. The budget statement was shown in two formats, one being automatically produced, and the other a spreadsheet showing the same figures in a different format. The group chose the original format to be sent out every month to Jo Ann Ashley, and Bob Dott, and the committee would receive it quarterly. This will show the budget transactions that the Attic Angel Association board and the Prairie Point finance committee receive each month. Questions on Phase III were deferred to a special meeting that Mary Ann plans to call in the near future. Questions on the development budget were asked. Once development is completed this will become resident?s budget. It was pointed out that our service fee cover administrative and management services. Reapportioning taxes were discussed showing the inequity that is now in effect. Two possible ways were shown that would be more equitable. Management will go over the suggestions and consider the method of reapportionment of taxes
