LINEAR ALGEBRA AND ITS APPLICATIONS

  Special Issue in honor of Jose Dias da Silva

Linear Algebra and its Applications is pleased to announce a special
issue in honor of Professor Jose Dias da Silva on the occasion of his
retirement from the University of Lisbon and in recognition of his many
important contributions to linear and multilinear algebra and other
topics in mathematics.

We solicit papers for the special issue within the entire scope of LAA
or the research interests of Jose Dias da Silva. The deadline for
submission of papers is 1 November 2010. Papers for submission will be
subject to normal refereeing procedures according to the usual standards
of LAA. They should be sent, preferably as pdf attachments in email, to
one of the following four special editors:
