The Tenth Special Issue on Linear Algebra and Statistics (edited again by S.
Puntanen, G.~P.~H. Styan and H.~J. Werner) is in active progress.  This Tenth
Special Issue is expected to contain some papers presented at the Eleventh
International Workshop on Matrices and Statistics in Celebration of George P.~H.
Styan's 65th Birthday (Lyngby, Denmark: August 2002). Submissions are welcome
independent of whether one attends the workshop.  A deadline for submissions has
not yet been set.
