Graduate Student Conference in Probability (May 2-4, 2008)
I am a sixth-year graduate
student majoring in probability,
and I am planning to graduate 2008 summer.
Currently, I am preparing for job applications in academia.
I
have researched with my advisor Thomas G. Kurtz since 2004 Fall. My
research interest is generally
an application of stochastic processes to biological models,
especially to chemical reaction networks.
I
am participating FRG project with Thomas G. Kurtz, Gheorghe Craciun,
and David Anderson, which
gives
major part of my research related to "Multiscale methods" and "Heat
shock response model."
Previous topic I was working is about an infection cycle of the virus
using Markov processes and
a martingale
problem to get an asymptotic result.
Here is my Curriculum Vitae. (Updated on Oct 31, 2007) CV.pdf
