Airport- MSN (Madison Airport, the nearest one, around 15 min by car from the campus)
              ORD (Chicago OHare Airport) : Bus schedule between Madison and ORD
                                                                  3 hours, $50 round trip
              MDW (Chicago Midway Airport) : Bus schedule between Madison and MDW
                                                                   4 hours, $54 round trip
              MKE (Milwaukee Mitchell Airport) : Bus schedule between Madison and MKE

      Financial support- If you requested financial support, you will be reimbursed with the exact amount you requested
                                     upto $250. If you have not requested, there is no more chance for financial support.
                                     For reimbursement, you need to submit single copy of I-20, front page of your passport and Visa.
                                     Also, fill out the reimbursement form located below.

       For those who will use a projector during the talk - Please prepare a USB drive with your presentation slide in it. It may be
                                     inconvenient to use your own laptop to connect to the projector.
       Posters- If you already have your poster (which you prepared for the other conferences), it is really welcome to bring it.
                                     We will make spaces for the posters during all three days.
