Applied Mathematics at UW-Madison Mathematics Department




    The Applied Mathematics faculty in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison has diverse research interests in applied mathematics and scientific computing. In particular, the faculty members are involved in analyses and computations of interdisplinary problems arising from hyperbolic conservation laws, kinetic theory, fluid dynamics, geophysical fluid dynamics, biology and computer vision.
