- Here are some practice problems for the
midterm. Go over till you feel comfortable with them,
along with the
regular homework assignments.
- Midterm 1 covers the above syllabus till and including the section
3.6.
- There will be about 5-6 problems in the exam.
- Difficulty level will be comparable to the homework problems.
- There will be no new HW assignment on the week of midterm.
- Exam Locations:

- You're supposed to be ready in the exam place at 2:25pm.
- No calculators, books and notes are allowed. If you have your book or
notes with you,

Otherwise
we will have to take time to move you to an alternative spot,

- There will be about 6-7 problems in the exam. Similar to the format of the first two tests, with more questions.
- Difficulty level will be comparable to the homework problems.
- Exam Location: BIRGE 145
- You're supposed to be ready in the exam place at 7:40 am.
- No calculators, books and notes are allowed. If you have your book or
notes with you, they should stay in a bag during the exam, not to be seen from
outside.
- Only one page of formula sheet is allowed.
- Leave at least 2 spare seats between you and your friend on the right/left.
If there is some accumulation in the classroom, we will take time to
separate the people and as a result the exam will start late.
