Click here for the course syllabus. My office hours are 3:45 - 4:45 on Tuesdays and 1:30 - 2:30 on Thursdays in 316 Van Vleck, and I'm also available by appointment. (I also now have an office in 690 Education Sciences, if that works better for you.) If you have any questions, let me know at mcginn (at) math (dot) wisc (dot) edu.

This won't be a very "flashy" or "nice-looking" website. I plan on using it mainly as a repository for all of the class handouts in case you miss a day or just need another copy. Let me know if there is more information you'd like to see up here.

Unless otherwise noted, all files are in .pdf format. If your computer doesn't have it already, you can download Adobe Reader for free to read these files.

Feedback

Feel free to anonymously send me feedback whenever you like. I'm most interested in how the content is working for you, although I'm certainly happy to hear about the structural aspects of the course as well ('group work' hard with only 2 people, too much/too little work, I'm the meanest grader ever, etc.). What content did you find interesting? What would you like to find out more about? What did you find confusing or frustrating, and what can I do to help prevent that from happening?
