Ramen Noodles with Tofu and Shrimp


Ingredients for 1 Walter size portion:

1 package ramen noodles
1 large white cup filled to rim with cold water
1/2 block tofu, cut in cubes
1 bunch cilantro, soaked in cold water, rinsed, dripped off
5-7 frozen shrimp
1 ring of frozen jalapeno (see plastic bag in freezer)
2 table spoons of sesame oil


cut cilantro into small pieces and place into the bowl that you want to eat from
put cold water into the smallest pot
add the spice package from ramen noodles
cover with lid and bring to boil
add the tofu cubes
add 1 tablespoon sesame oil
cover with lid and bring to boil
add ramen noodles, pressing down to make them wet
place frozen shrimp on top of noodles
cover with lid and bring to boil (takes maybe 1-2 min)
empty pot onto the bowl with cilantro pieces
add another table spoon of sesame oil
