Tofu with leftover chicken leg sauce

1/2 block of tofu
1 chicken breast or a similar size piece of pork
1 bunch of green onion
1/2 cup of leftover chicken leg sauce
4 cloves garlic
sesame oil

cut 1/2 tofu block into cubes
(the put the remaining half back into the container, it came in, and cover with cold water, back into the refrigerator)

cut a bunch of green onions into fairly large pieces
cut about 4 large pieces of garlic into slices
cut a partially defrosted piece of pork, chicken breast into thin pieces
**wash hands and utensils after the meat touching**

heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan with the garlic
add meat and deep fry
add tofu
add leftover sauce
cover and simmer at medium heat for about 4 min,
(you can also add a heaped tablespoon full of cured black beans here, ask Nene)
add the green onions, mix, cook for another min
add teaspoon of sesame oil
