Registration Form

We are not equipped to process registrations directly over the internet. Use of this form can still help to make sure we have all necessary information and can process your registration quickly, efficiently, and correctly. If you have appropriate tools on your computer you can fill out the form at your keyboard and then print it, otherwise you can print the form and then fill in the blanks. Please send the completed registration form along with your payment (check or money order, payable to Robert Wilson) to Bob Wilson, Department of Mathematics, University of Wisconsin, 480 Lincoln Drive, Madison, WI, 53706. Marking  "Geometry Conference" on the envelope will speed processing. If you have questions about registration please either email Bob Wilson or telephone (608) 263-5944.

The conference registration fee is $60.00. Registration includes participation in the conference sessions, the welcoming reception Thursday evening, refreshments at breaks, and the Saturday evening banquet. The banquet will include a buffet with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees. The registration fee does not include housing: For housing information, see the conference home page.

In order that we can meet deadlines for catering, registrations must be received by April 26, 2000. (Note that the deadline for the block of rooms reserved at the Union South and the Friedrick Center is April 4.)
