Employment Hours: 108 hours/semester
As part of their professional training, students in this program will have the option to work as PAs (graders, readers, etc) in the math department for up to a 15% appointment (or a total of 108 hours) per semester. Given the academic demands of the program, students will be actively discouraged to seek any further employment on campus.

F1 International Students are required to have proper work authorization to be able to work off-campus. Please familiar yourself with different types of work authorization on the ISS website.
Math major students are eligible for a 1-year OPT and a 2-year STEM Extension.
