Brandis joined our department as a postdoc on the Dynamics RTG.  She works with Marissa and Autumn in the areas of geometric group theory and low-dimensional geometric topologist with general interests in mapping class groups (big and small), the geometry of curve and arc complexes, and hyperbolic 3-manifolds.
